“Hi there,
I have seen this book in stores before, however have not read this one as of yet. You seem to give it an excellent review? It is a great feeling when a book can be so compelling and possibly change your way of thinking! Enjoy all your book reading.”

“If you like this author and want to see him working in a smaller format, try his early novel Such a Long Journey, set in Bombay (before it became Mumbai). A real gem, and a great introduction to the amazing cultural variety in that city.”

“Hey, Maple Ridge, this is really a great novel. I invested a lot of time and energy in figuring out the various characters, and had I done so earlier (creating a list, like some readers did) I might have been a happier puppy. But maybe not, because lots of characters disappeared.
Without a doubt, this novel was one hell of a read and one that I would recommend without doubt.
What a story! What a story teller. Thank you for putting it on yur list. I will put it on mince as well, because it deserves being read. It was one of my first reads of India and I was blown away. I have read many, many since.
Thank you for bring it to our attention.
