“Try reading his book, "Lamb" -- it is irreverant and quite funny. It's probably best appeciated by someone who knows the Bible well (that would not be me), as it's touted as the story of Biff, Jesus' best friend. I do think it's his best known book. Somehow I wound up with two copies after having the book recommended to me by my brother's ex-wife; she actually sent me one copy after I went out and bought one, lol.”

“I have indeed read "Lamb" and really enjoyed it (I know more about the Bible than is good for me). I also read "Blood Sucking Fiends", "Practical Demon Keeping" - both of which made me laugh out loud on the Underground. The only one I've read that didn't really grab me was "Fool", another take on "King Lear", and even that had its moments.”
