“I confess I have not seen the movie; I'll have to rent it. Definitely read the book, yes! It messes with your head, as any time-travel story will, but it is quite beautiful.”

“You know... I thought the movie was great and I was going to read the book... do you still think it is worth it after seeing the movie? Funny thing my mother actually knows the screen writer who derived the movie from the book and I saw it at a private gathering that he had to premier the movie to his friends. He spoke so highly of the book and how much of an honor it was to get to write the screen play for it. I assume you have seen the movie too. Did you enjoy it?”
