a bit neurotic and shy. I pride myself on my intelligence and wit, though neither of those traits helps me overcome the aforementioned neuroses. I'm a huge word nerd, so learning and using new words is like catnip to me (and perhaps, occasionally, moth balls to others). Nothing delights me more than making people I care about laugh and feel loved.

how quiet I usually am. I'm reserved in crowds of people I don't know well, and I think people notice this and attribute it either to shyness (correct) or a superiority complex (completely wrong). I've been told I'm intimidating, but I have no idea where that originated. But once I get to know you and connect with you, I suppose the most obvious thing about me is my sense of humor. I love to make people laugh, and I've been told I have a quick wit. Also some people seem to like my eyes, but they're just plain ol' brown, so I don't really get that one.

spending time with friends. I love my family dearly, but we're polar opposites in terms of opinions and interests. As a result, I've forged my own family from my best friends, and there's nothing in this world I value more. I'm also a bit of a film and TV junkie (particularly anything horror related), so it's likely you could also find me cursing the idiots on TV or marveling at the latest cinematic wonder.
