Seeking a man, 30 to 42
I'm an easy going, artistic, adventerous, free spirited down to earth individual who tries to experience as much of the world as possible. I am pretty darned close to drama free, and I really just iike to enjoy as much as possible. I'm vegan and have been for 10 years- that freaks some people out...in some ways, I can't blame them, most of the vegans I've met are pretty odd. I'm not like them. I would consider myself understanding, intuitive, compassionate and caring and aside from all that, I'm pretty dang fun. I think I could probably make you smile.
When people meet me, they notice...You tell me. I have no idea.
You'll often find me...Clearly reading is going to be on this list, but there is a whole lot more to me than just that. You will often find me: hiking, climbing rocks that shouldn't be climbed, screenprinting, making some sort of art, listening to music, sumberging myself in natural bodies of water (ie, the ocean, a creek, a river, a lake etc etc), planning my next adventure, going to museums and galleries, camping when possible, traveling (usually by road), taking lots and lots of photos (photography really is my passion), going to every thrift store possible, watching documentaries (especially those concerning weird cults and bizarre behavior. You will NOT find me watching television, playing video games, going to the mall or eating fast food.
Two things I can't live without...The obvious answer is oxygen and water...food would be a plus. Aside from those, I think I would have a hard time living without my camera, and books. OK...I can't narrow it down to two. My camera, my books, the outdoors and some sort of transportation to take me to those out of the way places where I can be outdoors AND take photos. But those are just in the physical realm. Happiness, love, contentment and wonderment belong on this list too. I totally cheated on this question.
The bravest thing I've done recently...Three days ago I decided I wanted to climb the highest peak in the santa susana mountain range. Yes, this is a small mountain range, but getting to that peak meant scrambling on some ridiculously dangerous terrain. I made it to the top though. In hindsight, I'm not sure if that was actually bravery or just mere stupidity.
I am particularly good at...FInding adventures anywhere I go. Finding bizarre and wonderful things at thrift stores. Listening, helping, mediating and understanding. Listening to rain. Taking photos. Walking long distances. Smiling.
My favorite literary quotes are...Pretty much anything Charles Bukoski or Hunter Thompson ever said.
