“Just scored a two volume set of the complete works of Maugham at my library used book sale for $4.00. Hope this title is included, cuz I am in need of some enlightenment. BTW, how did you find out a priest had checked out the book?”

“Small town, small library, everybody knew everybody and the librarian just said, "Oh, that's out. Father..." You can't go wrong with the works of Maugham for $4. There was large collection of his short works that I read during my lunch hours over the course of months. He's very good at short stories. I'm not sure what enlightenment is - just doing the next right thing and listening in the silence for clarity? Sounds easy enough...”

“Used book sale at University of South Florida Library tomorrow. Since I was informed the OED (Oxford English Dictionary) will never be printed again I'm on a mission to find used multi-volume set. Aw heck, I'd even settle for the 2 volume set.”
